Matt Sheehan

Born and raised in New England, Matt Sheehan spent most of his life in the Northeast until deciding to make a permanent move to Key West, Florida. After 20 years of calling the island paradise home, Matt has fully embraced the laid-back lifestyle and sunny weather of the southernmost point in the continental United States. With 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Matt has honed his skills in customer service and time management.

Working in some of Key West’s most notable restaurants, he has established himself as a respected figure in the local dining scene. More recently, Matt has transitioned into the real estate industry where he has quickly made a name for himself as a knowledgeable and dedicated real estate broker. His extensive knowledge of the local market, coupled with a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients, has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor and advocate for buyers and sellers alike.

When not working, Matt can be found enjoying all that Key West has to offer – from the pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters to the vibrant art and music scene. Matt believes that eating a frozen mango at a sandbar with the sun in your face is a preview of heaven. Matt is also an active member of the community, volunteering his time and resources to various local organizations and causes.
